Immerse yourself in a sound bath, allowing the sound to slow you down and provide an escape from reality. Take the opportunity to connect with your inner soul. Embrace the sense of nothingness and, through this state, reflect and rejuvenate.

Please note:

  • A sound bath is a meditative non-intrusive; non-religious practice that involves listening to the therapeutic sound and overlapping vibrations from traditional instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls and bells.

  • Participants are encouraged to come with an open heart.

  • Participants will be invited to lie down during the Sound Bath thus smart casual attire is preferred (ladies to avoid skirts or dress).

  • Participants will be required to remove their footwear before entering the space.

  • Age group: 13yrs and above
